1.2 Food Orders & Acceptance
- Order confirmation will be sent via SMS or Email after a successful order placement.
- All orders are subject to item availability and restaurant operating hours.
- Krishna's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in INR.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
- Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateway partners.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
1.4 Food Quality & Allergens
We follow strict hygiene standards during food preparation and packaging. Customers with known food allergies should verify ingredients before placing an order.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
Krishna's Kitchen shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
2. Shipping / Delivery Policy
2.1 Delivery Areas
Delivery services are available only within the serviceable locations shown on our website.
2.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on distance, order volume, traffic, weather conditions, and public holidays.
2.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
2.4 Proof of Delivery
Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature at the time of delivery for verification purposes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as all food is freshly prepared.
3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant
Krishna's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Item unavailable.
- Restaurant closure.
- Technical or pricing errors.
- Delivery location outside the serviceable area.
3.3 Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed only in the following cases:
- The restaurant cancels the order.
- Payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Order not delivered.
3.4 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
